1. Promotion Overview
This promotion provides eligible customers who purchase a NetApp AFF or C-Series array with an equivalent storage capacity at no additional cost, doubling their data storage capabilities. The additional storage will be housed within Australia’s Equinix and NextDC data centers.
2. Eligibility
- All eligibility determinations will be made at ASE’s sole discretion and in accordance with ASE’s criteria.
- Customers must meet the eligibility requirements and agree to ASE’s standard service terms to participate in this promotion.
3. Promotion Period
- The promotion is available from the start of Q3 FY25 and will close on 28 February 2025.
- To qualify, purchases of eligible NetApp arrays must be made during this period.
4. Offer Validity
- Once taken up, the “double data” offer will remain available to the customer for the duration of the NetApp support contract that is acquired with the array.
5. Right to Modify or Cancel
- ASE reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice, including if circumstances arise beyond ASE’s control that may impact the promotion.
